MO States CX Championships

So, a couple of days actually, sometimes ends up being more than a week. I suck, as many of you either know first hand, or are learning as I type... However, as you also know, Joe and I (hopefully) deliver when the time comes. Anyway, looking forward to see you, Out of Towners. Gimme a call or email with any questions.

Guys - I don't see a Cat 4 40+ race for the State CX race flyer. Will there be one?

The information on USA Cycling says Barry Platte Park. This is incorrect, right?

The race is at Raytown BMX (both days). I'll update usac site.
We will offer a cat 4 40+ on Saturday, but not for the state champs. Race 40+ then double and race 4s!

Joe - just curious what happened to the Cat 4 40+ for state champs? It was there last year.

The cat 4 40+ is not actually a category that qualifies for a state championships. We added it in the last couple years to give beginner riders over 40 a chance to race in a cat of their own. The numbers do not warrant making it its own state championship division. Cat 4 is still an option and masters are divided into 5 year increments. See you this weekend

Look like we'll have some fun muddy conditions. I assume the bmx track will not be used if we get a lot of rain Friday/Saturday? Any other hints on the course you're willing to provide?

Long smooth and flowy in the field section. If its dry enough, technical in the bmx section with some off camber and table tops and pump sections. If its wet be prepared for some peanut butter.
